    I'm being totally honest when I say this...nice job!  I've been working on losing the same 15lbs for about 6 months now, I know how hard it is. Also, being under 200 (in ONEDERLAND) is awesome!

    Your dog is adorable too Rosie. Is it a Great Dane? I see a lot of them in the city and I think they're so cool looking. Our dog looks kind of like a mini one.

    The dog in my sig was actually my parents dog and he was a black lab, dalmation, and great dane mix. We had to put him down a year ago but I just love the picture and it gets me in the spirit for christmas.

    My dog that I have now is a black lab and he is in an open relationship with LDY's dog.

    I think it is awesome that you have lost the weight.  I actually have read your blog several times and it really was inspiring to know that it is possible to avoid french fries (I swear they put something in them to make them addictive!!!)  I have been trying to lose weight (yet again).  Congrats on being under 200- that is a huge milestone!!

    Oh I know what about you mean about the fries I promise! I have to just stay away from them, even one is my downfall. That's great, I need to start to working out. I used to walk and get lunch with a CW but then she quit and my other two CW's don't like to walk with me to lunch, I need to get back into that.

    Yeah exactly.

    Like after I've been doing awesome with my diet and Ben and I meet friends at Bdubs for wings and beer, I always feel barfy after eating the wings.  They taste mostly like meh.
