Well hopefully those 5 months fly by for here haha, yeah I was ridiculously horny when I was 19 (maybe you're 20 now raven?) too. Much more so than now.

I don't think I ever thought about waiting until marriage. Does that make me sound slutty? lol

LOL thank God! Actually it's more like 6 months but ya know I am not counting or anything.

I always thought I would wait. I wasn't so sure after I started dating FI. In the beginining I was trying to find any way I could around it but I am glad that I am waiting.

I thought I would wait, just because I was raised around a lot of religion (even though my "nuclear family" was never religious at all) and it was what everyone seemed to think was the only way to do it.

When I got into high school, I had this epiphany when I realized I wasn't sure I ever wanted to get married, but I did know I didn't want to die a virgin. So that was the end of that.

I was not raised to believe you shouldn't have sex until you are married, so that was never something I thought I would do. I was, however, raised to believe that sex was something that happened when you really loved each other, so I thougt I would wait until I was with someone I really loved.

Obviously that didn't happen.

That's something I've never thought about as I've always just assumed it was a religious thing. Now I wonder too! Although I dont think I've come across anyone I've known that wanted to wait for reasons other than religious

I did wait for love. My ex and I were definitely in love with each other when we slept together for the first time.

I can't brag too much, though, because he was also my first boyfriend. I may have simply been in love with him because he was the first person who ever loved me. We definitely weren't right for each other.
