Good morning! Weekend was ok, just a lot of resting. Took MIL to brunch yestserday but that's abotu all we did. I am giong to be so slammed today. I'm at the point where my heart is beating really fast and I'm just anxious about all I have to do. I annoy myself sometiems.

I know, I know. I think my biggest thing is I have 2 big phone calls today. One is an evaluation from my corporate bosses. The other one is with both my corporate and local boss to clarify some of the standards I'm supposed to be implementing. I've told him every way I can think of and he just isn't getting it. I've even forwarded him emails from the corporate people. It makes me feel ineffective and like they're going to think less of me because of it. I've had a hell of a time here.

I had an okay weekend. I ended up having off which was good. Unfortunately I was not as productive as I should have been. Oh well. I have a few more weekends right?

Lynda - yes, I had a great Mother's Day. On Saturday I went to this Women's of Excellence luncheon where my MIL was speaking and the food was amazing and it was just a real nice uplifting lunch. Then yesterday I went to church, napped and ate pizza. So that was a winner. Trevor also bought me a pair of shoes for Mother's Day that are pretty awesome, and I can't wait to wear them. I'll probably try to wait for vacation, but it'll be hard.

LTB - your H is spoiled, and I wouldn't mind if you spoiled me with that exact menu.

Yellow cake with chocolate frosting is my favorite cake ever.

Oh yeah, we went to see Water for Elephants. I cried like a little biitch in it.

I have made a checklist, but as I'm working, I keep adding more to it! I jsut have to remind myself that it doesn't all have to be done today!

Clown feet? Really? I thought they made my feet look tiny, which isn't an easy thing to do. I have no intentions of running in them though. Just shoes to be flashy in. lol.

H and I are going on the cruise! My BIL and his GF are coming, and so is my MIL. My older BIL and SIL aren't coming. It came down to what we all really wanted to do -- have one last family vacation before babies come -- and they weren't on board with it, so we went ahead and booked it. I'm so excited. We don't leave until January, but we have a lot coming up this summer and fall, so I won't be counting the days until the very end, I think.

My weekend was busy! I had a bunch of family up and had my shower on saturday and bach on sat night. It was a great day! My bm's are amazing. Even all 4 mothers got along! I was pleasantly suprised.

Marning. I had a nice weekend. Went out for my b-party Friday night and had a wonderful time. Definitely bonded more with my FSIL. FI was really down Saturday because his BM was supposed to be planning his bparty for Saturday and the douchelord never even texted FI so all day he was waiting to hear something and never did. FI's dad is in the local fire company and they hosted a shrimp feast Saturday night so we went to that and hung out there for a while and then I treated him to an ice cream sundae. Poor guy

I got here and my blood sugar must have been low because I was sweating and shaking and had to sit down. I ate a snack and felt better. WTF. not cool.

Good morning. Wanna know what's not a good idea? Trying to wakeboard and water ski. I'm ridiculously sore, and I didn't even manage to get up!

Thanks, guys! We're leaving from Miami, then going to Key West, FL, and Cozumel, Mexico. I am so psyched. I've never been on a cruise, and I've never been to Key West OR Mexico (the farthest south I've been is Key Largo). And H has never been to ANY of these places, so it's new and exciting for him as well.

I'm hoping my BIL proposes to his GF before the trip. I love her to pieces.

My Fl had his b-party this weekend. His BM's and friends took him to the city for a ball game, then they got a hotel room and what not and then went for a yummy breakfast and catched Thor at the super 3d theatre. But his friends made him pay for everything. I thought that was weird. Like nobody chipped in for his ticket or his portion of the hotel room or food or even theatre ticket. It would have been an extra $15 each. Seemed strange.

Morning! We had a crazy weekend. We took off work and went to The Oaks on Friday which was AMAZING! We had sooooo much fun and are probably spoiled now because of the private party we went to.

Saturday we went back to our hometown and hung out with friends Saturday night. It ended up being kind of a crazy night down at the casino and nearby bars. I stayed out way too late.

Then yesterday we celebrated Mother's Day and my brother's bday at my mom's with a cookout. That's always an adventure using my mom's old charcoal grill.

We didn't get home until late last night and are pooped today. We both had to be up early for meetings this morning. Of course Oz wanted to stay in bed. I'm always jealous of him in the morning.

Yay Baystate! I'm so happy everything worked out and it sounds like a fun time. Cozumel is awesome, you're going to have so much fun.

LTB, those crab cakes sound amazing and I may have to make those sometime soon.

The GTG was tons of fun and I'm so happy I was able to go. I think I see more trips to DC in my future.
