THANK YOU!!! My MIL will be pushing our nephew in a stroller so I know I can slow down when I need to.
I told Robert we HAD to go running and I needed his help motivating me tonight and he's a good motivator. Plus, we bring the pup so she makes me speed up.
The hardest part for me was how in just 3 short years, I've gained 45 lbs and my ass jiggles and hurts when I run. It's like WTF! How did I let this happen? How not cute.
