Yes. There are a few people who do it all the time, and I feel like that encourages random people to post about stuff that they never would post about had those people not done the same thing.

Post what you want, but shiit, if you have that many problems in your personal life, maybe its time to go see someone and get it all sorted out you know?

This times a gazillion. You don't have to interact with someone to have an opinion about them. I actually agree with Neely. I like OBX, but the extreme asskissing just makes me uncomfortable. Sure, maybe that's just who she is. That's fine. But it's just who I am to get nauseated when I see the hard core asslicking stuff. And her over the top reaction to Neely was just lame to me.

Missy- grow some balls and stop whining... or quit lurking here. Seriously, you're unbearable. But cute decision to say "people" instead of calling me out directly. Even thought I explained/apologized to Ricks already. Even though you whined/ and aw'd on E about how you don't like calling me out because I'll argue. Um, if you can't take it, don't dish it.

OBX- Seriously? seriously? If you're so witty and smart and funny, then just show us that. Don't be all whiny and fishing for attention. THAT'S exactly why I can't stand you. And I've even tried giving you a 'second chance' after you were a royal douche when you first posted here. Oh, and if you want to literally kiss AATB's ass, just ask. I'm sure she'll let you. Otherwise, give up the online asskissing.

I confess - I fully believe in the power of knottie vibes. Not to go all sappy sentimental but this board got me through one of the hardest days and yes, the ladies here are generally the first I go to (besides my immediate family and H) when shiit hits the fan in my life.

But I will admit that if someone I didn't know well posted a thread like that, I would think it was weird. Not weird like enjoys eating turds weird. Just strange and different weird.

Also, total side bar, but why do people still write "NWR" in their post titles? Someone did it this week and I thought, Really? Cause we are SO wedding-centric over here. NBD, but just stood out to me.

KW, I agree. I think, too, it's way different for people who have forged relationships on here. I genuinely care about what's going on in AATB's hometown, because I care about her. I want to be there for the people I know and care about.

I don't giveafuck about someone I barely know telling me their sob stories. I have enough reality IRL, I don't need a never-ending vortex of depression on here. Entertain me or be gone really is my basic bottom line. Callous, I know.

Oh, and apparently I agree with Neely. I think it's funny that OBX went all "OMYGOD. Who are YOU to have an opinion of ME" like she's so superspecial that no one dare challenge her.... I also 'heard' a hint of "I'm a reg and your'e not, so you can't say anything bad to me' tone in OBX's post.

Cew- last week when TK was being all screwy, Missy made a comment about how she was glad it was one of those days a post could be burried, because she had a BIG flame to drop. Then it was something super lame, with a weird comment at the end about how "she doesn't like talking to people who will argue with her. Like Blue and Steph." It was totally random, because I've basically been avoiding her lately. Then earlier in this thread when she said "people who thought ang was being weird." When she was obviously talking about me. It's just stupid. If you're going to flame someone, do it. But I hate when people do that weird fishing for attention shiit.

I get it that my original response was harsh; harsher than I intended. Which is why I went back and edited (but obviously not before Ricks quoted it

I'm such a newb.) But I thought I clarified it with Ricks, and she didn't seem upset.

Missy flamed me in the second FFF thread saying I was judgy and admitted that she hoped it would get buried in the wonky-ness that the knot was doing that day. And then she said I only come over to E for FFF and that she prefers to only start with people she knows wont fight back because she hates confrontation. Thats why she avoids Stef and I. It was really odd.

To be honest, I think Missy is just a super sweet person and she probably was just upset for Ricks. I didn't see her other comment, so I can't speak to that one. And I think it's awesome that you went back to her to apologize.

I finally remembered a flame I had the other day. I was trying and couldn't earlier. I judge the girl over on Food who wanted to charge her guests $1 per drink for alcohol she and her FI (not the venue) had already bought and paid for, to help fund their 12 day European honeymoon. I am very pro open bar; but, I can understand why some people do a cash bar (as opposed to having a dry wedding, if money is that tight). But it just really seems off to me to charge for alcohol you personally purchased at a wedding.
