Bethrothed - yeah, my parents live near Watertown now. I never thought I'd say Buffalo was warmer than anywhere, and then I found out that the army does cold weather training at Ft. Drum. Not North Dakota or Alaska, like you would think. Northern NY.
Sucrets, did you ever go to NAAM (sp?)? My friend from Potsdam went, but again, I think it was after your time.
I went to college in Ithaca. Campus was surprisingly well plowed, usually. We were also on a hill, though, which was rough in the winter.

That's crazy! But it is hella cold up there.
I never went, that was more for Music Business majors, but it's a huge deal.
mery - my friend's parents own a buffalo wing place in Watertown, right downtown. I forget the name....grrr....

Oh! That makes sense, somehow. I noticed that name is really popular right now in NYC, and I couldn't figure out why for the life of me.
My mom's family is originally form Ogdensburg and Watertown. Basically, my parents moved up there because my mom inherited a summer cottage on Lake Ontario tha was once her grandparents (she was born in Watertown but moved to Buffalo when she was 5). We used it in the summer when I was a kid, and when I went to college, my parents decided to move permanantly. Then they got divorced. My family is insane. My dad lives in the lake house now.
Living on the lake near Watertown is surprisingly nice in the summer. And extremely desolate in the winter. And you can only swim/boat 3 months out of the year. The water doesn't get warm until June.
Sucrets - if you remember and tell me, I'll make sure to tell my dad to check it out. I trust his opinion on wing places more than anyone else!
Sucrets - Another good website is Nymbler.com. It allows you to choose names you like and then suggests similar ones for you. Not like I've visited it before or anything....;-)
I'm late and I've done this recently but I don't care because I'm obsessed with names (Gretch, we could have fun. I use to make lists of my favorite name for every letter of the alphabet)
Boys; Hunter Hampton (You can take this but then we'd have sons with the same name someday...haha) Asher Reeve Daniel Rye (for a middle name) Walker Graham Mitchell Cullen (would be awesome if it werent for twilight) Cohen Holden
I tried to read this whole list, but I think some will be repeats (sorry):
Girls: Chloe, Olivia, Mia, Norah, Maya, Grace
Boys: James or Jeremy (I've seriously always liked Jeremy, it just happens to be the name of the man I ended up marrying). Except I don't think James would go very well with your last name!
Taco cat: Always a palindrome. ALWAYS, okay J&K?

Work has been crazy, and honestly I've been in total baby mode lately. All my internet time has been spent looking at strollers and diapers. Yeah.. that's a little sad and I'm ok with that.
Two of my favorite girls names are in the top ten now:( Olivia and Chloe. I also like Grace and Natasha. My daughter's name is Sydney Leah.
My husband already chose and laid claim to a boys name, which I love....xxxxxx We actually talk about xxxxx sometimes. A lot. I also love Noah, Luke, Levi, Oliver, and Max.
Sorry for the editing. My husband saw that I typed in his name and got mad because he doesn't want it to sweep the nation. Apparently all the pregnant knotties are going to steal it. My husband is a girl.
