I think that there should be a test required prior to being allowed to have/raise a child.  The questions would be varied but nowhere on the questionnaire would it mention sexual orientation because that has nothing to do with whether you will be a good parent or not.

Mine though, is that all pedophiles should have their penises (penii?) chopped off; I'm not sure about female offenders... something similar though. 

I also think you should lose your license forever at your first DUI offense.  No exceptions. (Although, I will agree that the limit could be raised to inact this. I'm not sure I agree with the 0.8 limit, considering most states had 1.0 for awhile.)

And I think cash bars and partial cash bars are totally fine.

For some reason I think it was done a LONG time ago. There was a girl who was attacked by some rando and told her and her FI looked like brother and sister. This might have happened the way I remember it, or at two different instances. If that is the case, I dont know what im talking about.
