Are you going to The Nest and then to  "My boards" and then "Local Nest Boards"?  If you go that way (or at least when I do), Canada and then Caribbean are below the map after all the United States are listed.

Well here I guess I'm newer.  I was a creepy lurker because I felt like I wasn't on enough to keep up with the board at that time.  I posted on my local sometimes too.  Then a few months ago I posted in a newbie thread and I was special enough to get a Mandy quiz.  ETA: (Although I think it's only because she likes my H.)

I think part of it is knowing who everybody is. It gets really confusing to read an 8 page thread when you don't have the first clue who anybody really is and you can't remember who hates who and why. But then you learn who everybody is and it seems to slow down. Or something.

-I felt like an outsider, cause you all are such besties!

-I was nervous the first time I posted a response to someone before anyone else had.  I was afaid I would get flamed for giving bad advice (in the end, everyone else reiterated/added to what I said)

-was worried no one would notice me cause I'm not nearly as witty as most of you gals are.  Finally I decided to just say what I want to say and if it's funny, awesome.  If not, then oh well.

Fish, I think at the time I started posting you guys had similar sig pics and I just could NOT keep you guys straight.

I also had a much different opinion about a lot of people than I do now. It's funny how much more you like people once you start actually conversing back and forth and get to know when someone is being sarcastic instead of mean.

I had a different name too.  I did the whole first initial last name thing because I didn't know the boards existed when I found the knot.  I think I was looking at the list of venues or photographers or something when I joined.

Oh, we talked about this one before because it stuck out so much in my head.  It was to the woman who wanted to make the grand entrance in the glass elevator at her hotel.  You said something like "I think someone is a wee bit full of herself" and I had been laughing my ass off over her ridiculous idea anyway and you said exactly what I'd been thinking.
