How goes it? I'm at work, I've been here an hour already. So fun, let me tell you.

I had to be super early b/c J's dance recital is this afternoon, then we're going out to dinner for T's birthday. Tomorrow I'll be here probably just as early. I so can't wait for Friday to get here, but I love it all the same.
How was everyones Friday night? Anything fun happen? T cooked burgers on his new grill, I'm sort of in love with it.
Re: Saturday Morning
Enjoy the new grill, Stacks!

I'm a loser, up at 7:00 already on a Saturday morning. FBIL and his wife and son stayed here last night, but I'm the only one up at this point. Contemplating going on a run before everyone wakes up.
I had an RSVP come back from my aunt, uncle and cousins about a month ago with an extra person on it. They often have exchange students living with them so I didn't think anything of it. Found out eventually that it was my 16 year old cousin's boyfriend of two weeks that they added without even asking. B/c we had more no's than we anticipated, we just let it go. I sent the numbers into the venue this past week. Well, little cousin emails me last night "Oh, just wanted to let you know that the guest we added to the RSVP is no longer coming". Um gee thanks for telling me that your uninvited guest is now being removed AFTER it is too late and I am paying for them. Blegh.

[QUOTE]Lizzy -- a little, thanks for asking! My lungs are feeling better, unfortunately my sinuses have decided to suck today. But hopefully this is the beginning of the end.

[QUOTE]Morning. H got called into work early this morning, even though his brother is the one on call, so I'm a little annoyed by that. If he's not back in time to leave for yoga it's going to throw off the whole day. We've decided not to go to the movie theater here anymore. The people at our theater are assholes (FYI, Petal). A whole row of kids had to be escorted out, and some woman was threatening to kick my ass because I told her to get off her cell phone. I go to the movies maybe once a year, thanks for ruining that, assholes. Dinner was nice, though.

Sorry your movie was ruined! I hate going to the movies because of the rude people. Whatever happened to common courtesy?

Stacks, thanks for sharing the radio station feed with us yesterday, it was fun to hear T win. He was so gracious in his acceptance speech.
Bay feel better, you have been down and out for too long.
Chels, not long now, are you walking around with the same goofy grin I am? That is goofy grin, mixed with moments of panic that we may have forgotten something?
Petals, take that frustration and power walk, go to the place you are having breakfast and walk hard and fast away from the place, then turn around and go back. You will be a little sweaty at breakfast, but you will have your workout done. Check.
Special, I wanna go with you. I love a water park!
[QUOTE]They had cops taking tickets and telling you what theater to go to. That should have been my first clue.

o.Oy, that is crazy!!!!
[QUOTE]Morning all, yay for Saturday. We are on the boat this weekend in the 1000 islands. Have some wedding tasks to accomplish this weekend, mostly confirmation of stuff, walk to the town docks and see the offshore power boats take off for the poker run, and then tonight go to the next town down and listen to my favorite band and look at the tall ships. Yep, it is all about boats, boats, boats this weekend. Stacks, thanks for sharing the radio station feed with us yesterday, it was fun to hear T win. He was so gracious in his acceptance speech. I adit that I had to Google 1000 Islands! Wow! Pretty! Question. Since the islands run into Canadian waters, if you want to disembark on one of those islands, do you need a passport? How does that work?

Yes, it is beautiful. You can cross into the Canadian waters without a passport, but you can not drop anchor, stop your boat, or swim. If you want to go to one of the islands, drop anchor and swim, or go to dinner, you need to go through a checkpoint with your passport, and or nexus card. The nexus card can be used by phone which is much easier.
