  • WHOA! there is no way we are getting to the hugs and feelings portion of FFF already. Back off people.

But yea, I don't follow TR's posts enough to really know her, but I think she got over the topped flammed in the Haiti post. Again, maybe I just don't know enough. When people talked about her the other week I didn't even know who she was.

  • Dudes, if you've lurked the boards you know the kind of stuff youre going to get and from who. Complaining when the things that you like about people and find entertaining get turned on to you, is just silly.

This board is very, very predictable. It shouldn't be rocket science to figure out the shiit you should and shouldn't post.

I viewed it as close-sibling or not, she could have declined. People miss family events due to work. It happens. You deal. Go and deal with consequences, or don't go and deal with consequences. Make a choice and don't feel like anyone owes you anything.

We all know that. Not a single person here LIKES it when someone calls them an idiot, or worse. But we suck it up, and move on. </div>

Flame Free Friday - means you can post what's on your mind about other knotties here, things they've said that bugged you or you don't like, and they aren't supposed to get defensive and flame you back for saying it.  They probably will anyway, but they aren't supposed to.  Positive things are fine too I guess. ;)

Leslie (not kiki, the internet robot), this is crazy.  You seem to be all over the place.  One minute you get P&E and the next you don't.  One minute you play ring leader and next you're cowering in the corner.

It SUCKS when people bag on you in FFF threads.  Obviously, I know.  But this sounds like you're about to swallow some pills or something.  I don't think I've ever cried about a comment someone made to me on here (and I'm fairly sensitive).  Look at it objectively or just stop playing for awhile.
  • Yeah Danieliza, different minds, different opinions ;) That's what makes the world/board go 'round.

I am going to flame myself because I get to meet Smokey Bailey and Sascha in 20 days.  That's way too much awesomeness for Vegas to handle.

FFF = Flame Free Friday, where you are supposed to be able to flame anyone for anything and not have it argued to death. Sometimes people will say nice things in defense of a poster getting flamed, but if you want to initiate something nice about someone it's probably best to start a new puppies and rainbows thread.

I think I'd have to check just to see if there was anything or if it was finally over. I guess I kind of see it as reading honesty/wanting to know the truth; ex. I'd rather know that my FI thinks I need to lose a few pounds rather than read an email where he was telling someone else I was fat.

    I see your point.

I also think that for as much as Kiki has been dishing it lately with call-out posts and "snark", I'm disappointed in her for not being able to take it as well.  Nothing said here today is any different than things I've seen said about her before and if you're going to go around being "snarky" to everyone else, you better be prepared to get it thrown back to you at some point.
