    I was actually able to add a weight gain goal to the goals. I gave myself a maximum weight that I don't want to surpass.

    Yeah I saw that Ciara, that was good that they let you do that. 

    Okay I'm going to grab a very unhealthy snack since it's my last night I'll do that, and settle in to watch the end of Extreme Makeover and then Desperate Housewives.  See you ladies tomorrow!

    Ok ladies. Thank you for including me. I will establish my account either this morning or this afternoon when I get home from work and then get my butt to the gym. I got the link from andy and will go from there.

    squirrly - yeah, I am on and off again with the coffee. Maybe that is what made me lose a few pounds in the first place. I just feel so not awake without it in the morning esp if I didn't get a lot of sleep or didn't sleep well the night before.
