If I can just figure out how to get into contact with some adults, making friends should be ok. I am usually pretty good at making friends. But that was also in a college town where everyone I ran in to was about my age and what not.

Thanks, MK.  I was the older weird college kid at a teenage dance studio back in college, so I'm sure I'll be fine.  And I look like I'm 22 anyway.  I just keep forgetting that I'm not.  Does anyone else feel like that?  I feel like I just graduated college, and now I'm like  . . .  ugh 30!! (well almost 31).  When the hell did that happen?

Often. I'll be 30 here in about 4 months. I feel like I'm just playing dress up at life and I'll wake up one day and be a kid again.

MuSu are you a Twins fan?  (I'm assuming, yes).  Did you see the clip of the Rangers/Twins game with the giant clap of thunder and the players all running away?  The guy on first fell to his knees and looked like a turtle.  It was kind of hilarious.

A when my H and I went to NJ to hang out with a fromer WP reg and her H one weekend, her H would tell me a story that she had already tell me and I would be like, "Oh yeah XX told me about that one time you all..." Finally he asked her, have you told her everything about our lives?

Evening! I'm down the shore with my parents and the dogs. I miss FI already. We met with the priest earlier, it went well. I'm terrible at making friends. I don't have that many. I'm too shy and I don't even know where I'd meet anyone at this point. Half my friends have moved an hour away and everyone seems so busy, I rarely see them.

Good evening. My 7th graders we horrible today. As in I couldn't get through half the fun theater curriculum, they wrote for 20 extra minutes instead. The outright disrespect and nastiness is appalling. So now to relax I am researching grizzly attacks, and finding crazy stuff. The "Grizzly Man" being the most ridiculous death.

FI and I have very few couple friends. I don't know why... a lot of our friends are in relationships but we never double date. I guess lack of money contributes to that.

He's a total nerd, but he also likes motorcyles and sports.  He does not drink at all, but makes an excellent DD.
