Well the IT issues aren't helping any of that. It's also almost summer so people are doing things at night and on the weekends because the weather is nice enough to stay out later than normal.
Love that feature. I love the dvr in general. We end up using it when we're home so we don't have to worry about missing something, and then we get to skip by commercials.
I will intentionally watch something else so that I can start a show I'm recording after it's been on for 20-30 minutes. That way I get to skip commercials but still finish it around it's normal me. I'm with you Beachy.

I saw that J. I totally thought I read something wrong when you mentioned the Zombies. So you really did a zombie race? What is that? My friend is obsessed with zombies. She'll be all over that.

I was just thinking how I try to stay inside during the summer in the nice air condition.
Not much, we just finished watching the truman show and Im thinking about going in the other room and seeing if diners drive ins and dives is on (cause its always on). I like food shows as background noise cause it looks good but it isnt overly distracting while I do internet things. How about yourself eagles?
The weather here has been annoying. We've been getting a ton of thunderstorms and rain and then it will be hot and humid and then right back to the thunderstorms and rain... so really it's like PA and FL are sharing the same weather.
Nebb, there needs to be a like button on here. Diner, Drive-Ins, and Dives is my go to show when nothing else is on. I will never ever get tired of seeing all the places Guy stops at. FI and I want to do a DDD roadtrip next summer. I'll probably come back 20 pounds heavier but I think it will be totally worth it.
Love DDD! My new addiction is Restaurant Impossible. I always get crazy hungry when I watch DDD and obviously i can never find anything as good as what Guy is eating.

Did you see the episodes of DDD and I think it was Man vs. Food in Philly? Guy went to that BBQ joint and there was a match between Pat's and Geno's. Oh, wait that was Food Wars. Whatevs, that show was good too
Sometimes I wish I could be just like Guy and eat everything and just not give a fhuck about my weight (come on, he clearly doesnt). He has the best job.

Well, you live in Florida, you goon.
Eagles, it sounds like at this point, nothing can hurt, at least ;) And with two months, you definitely have time to narrow down a few more triggers before the wedding. I'm so sorry that you're dealing with them, because I know how much they suck. Seriously, message me anytime you want to chat about it, because I get it.

Is it the one by Israel Kamakawiwo'ole? That is my favorite song and my wedding party is going to walk down to that song.

Aww that is such a great version of the song. I forget who sings it. I bet you can find it online.
Petal - I think you will have a good time here, although none of the amusement parks will be open. It's too early for that. You could always take a bus to NYC for the day while you visit PA. It's 2 hours to midtown.

Nope. Harry Nilsson sings this one, but I do like that one.
There used to be a ghost show on A&E that always scared the hell outta me and a friend of mine at work told me a story on friday that made me think of it. Apparently his one child kept seeing an old woman in her room that was bothering her so the family held hands and had a little "ceremony" telling the ghost to go away. Now apparently the kid is seeing "bad little girls" in her room at night. Who knows if its real or not, but scares the hell outta me.
