I have no idea who jensen ackles is. I would love it if Joshua Jackson was Four, because I think he would be perfect for that personality. But he's probably way too old, he could never pass for 18.

I'm really bad at casting movies from books.

I don't remember anyone in the book specifically being described as black or dark skinned or anything.
