We just got back from dinner with FI's 2 bosses and their wives. It was interesting but good. I had homemade flan today and it was wonderful. It is currently sitting in the fridge with leftover chocolate cake calling my name.

I have not been doing well with my eating these past 2 days. There is a lot of red on my MFP.

Pie > cake. I keep joking we're going to have wedding pie. FI has a huge sweet tooth and is a-okay with any dessert I choose, as long as it isn't cheesecake. (Sad trombone.)

We're both crazy about key lime pie. If we were having a summer wedding, I'd be all over that option.

I feel ya Petal. Ever since I got sick a couple weeks ago I haven't been doing well with my eating. I just started feeling better a couple days ago and haven't felt up to cooking anything major. I'm currently eating hibachi.

Aryn - I'm just frustrated with myself because I was doing so good. I also haven't done any type of exercise since Monday so I have determined that I will go tomorrow morning...before I go out to lunch with my dad.

I watched the Hattfields and McCoys. I thought it was good overall but it wasn't really what I expected. I probably won't watch it again any time soon.

I've heard Just Dance is a lot of fun! I'm tired of my Wii fit games too. Maybe I'll invest in new ones soon. Or maybe I'll actually use the gym at my new complex. Haha, right..maybe.

I love Just Dance. I like the songs more on there than Dance Central but our Dance Central goes with the kinect which is easier than holding the wii remote. I look like a moron but it's fun.

Hello! Trying to figure out what to cook for dinner. Maybe we'll just go out. I've heard Just Dance is much more fun on the Kinect than it is on Wii-and i think it's a lot of fun on the Wii.

Dude, I was sitting here wondering where in the everloving fuuuck my husband was, when he calls and says "surprise! I did all the shopping for our party tomorrow!" At first I was like "OH NO HE DI'INT!" because I'm a control freak. Then I was like "hey, I don't have to fucking go to the fucking clusterfuck grocery store tomorrow FUUUCK YES!"

That'll teach me to come back into a post after I get home. Now I want cheesecake, pie and potroast with rice and gravy.

And kcs, some people actually do go to KC. My FIL lives there and we'll be out in July for a golf smackdown for H's 40th birthday. Granted, I won't be golfing - I'll either be retrieving drinks or preferably meeting jcb.

Yeah, and then he got reamed for something his coworker did, so he still hasn't talked to the boss man about his hours, but his June schedule is even worse than his May schedule. He plans to talk to him next week, if all goes well. I'll believe it when I see it ;)

Zizi, so do I. I used to be able to go during the week in the morning, and I miss that a whole lot. Grocery shopping on the weekends makes me want to kick babies.

Haha, yes, he knew I would too, so he told me on the phone everything he bought. He actually did a really good job, and so I felt bad for doubting him. I'm a jerk. Good thing I was able to say "Hey, I cleaned the bathrooms and steam cleaned the floors!" when he came home, or I would have felt like even more jerk.

Yeah, for the first time EVER he's actually hating going to work. I feel for him, because I know how it feels to feel unappreciated and hate your job. I'm so glad I love my job now and my job loves me. Even on days like today.

Sweetlife! I didn't see a FFF on the mobile site today, but I just scrolled down and saw it (slow, party of me), so I'm excited for entertainment. I hope it's good.

I hate grocery shopping. I'll come up with a meal outof what we have just so I can avoid the store.

However, since H took the car, I had to stop after work and lug groceries back on the bus. I should have just taken a cab.

I'm pretend shopping online. I'll have actual spending money with my second paycheck and I'm so excited I'm already picking things out. This could be dangerous.

Eagles, my eyes are already droopy and it's only 6:15 here. I blame my lunatic husband who gets up at 3:30 to go running before it gets too hot. And old age. I know you're not old so can you blame your H?
