I think what strikes me most about last nights thread was that these people have these opinions based entirely on fluff and backed up by religious beliefs. None of them have really experienced anything heavy and I highly doubt they know anyone who has and its so incredibly insulting that they act like people who handle heavy situations are bad people. We say they are naive often, but omfg.

I also flame chelsea for not answering my question last night. Why is she okay with helping a friend leave a shitty situation, making sure they stay away, and hitting the guy but she won't say the word divorce.

I also think it's bullshit to say you don't believe in giving people advice on big things in life but telling someone not to get an abortion is okay because you say so. Pick a side. Either it's okay to give advice or it isn't.

I am not surprised by any of them saying they want to push their beliefs on others, or that people who have abortions are murderers. They're pro-life. That's the point. I think it's a moronic point of view, but I don't see how they can be pro-life and think anything else.

I actually flame Dot. YES, we all get that Chels was a douche in that thread, many people were saying that. Fine. But I thought her multiple posts about "WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO COME BACK HERE AND ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS" was ridiculous. Some of the questions were silly, and it seemed she was trying to provoke Chelsea to freak out or something. It was just hardcore annoying to me.

I'm also sick of the term "back pedal".

I nodded my head in agreement with everything you said in that thread.

I try not to judge people unless I've walked in their shoes. As I said in the Morning thread, it may be because I'm older and have been through some crap in my day, but I would love to meet these girls in about 20 years. I dont wish ill on anyone, but the first time their shiny little world starts to tarnish and they have to make a tough decision may change their views a bit.

I hate to do this but I really wish Bay would stop talking about her wedding woes, when she may be getting divorced. I really want her to get mad and junk punch that asss she's married to! Either you are married and we accept that you've forgiven him. Or you move out and move on, but if you choose this, stop talking about your wedding, when the marriage turned to crap.

I have a hard time with the bolded. My wedding was fucking awesome. Yep, XH was a fucking douchebag, unbeknownst to me. This is why I almost never comment on anything WR because I'm assuming people are judging -- who would want my advice when my marriage failed so spectacularly?
