I've always wanted to do a murder mystery!!!!
Last year, H, his best friend, his wife and I went to some cheeseball murder mystery dinner. We didn't know until we got there that a Christian singles group had taken 46 of the 50 available seats. When we got there, we were asked to sign up for the Christian singles mailing list. Instead of saying "oh! We're not with the Christian singles group!" I said "oh! We're not Christian!" whups.
H and his bf are atheist and his wife and I are more like crappy Christians who border on agnostic. It was awkward for the rest of the night lol
I bought this murder mystery that is wine-themed, and it actually comes with recipes and serving suggestions. I was all excited to do it, but then the people we thought we'd do it with all got pregnant, so it blew the drinking night idea out the window. Sigh. Maybe next year after all the babies show up.
Okay, we gotta go put together the food we're bringing tonight and iron our clothes! Back in a bit. And when I get back, we better be a lot closer to 2011 posts!

Doc, you should try to talk him into something different. :D
Poor mica, Stupid babies!!
Thanks for letting me know, birdie, h and i are horrible about watching the news. Good to know this isn't our typical BS tornado watch. I swear, if there is a breeze they tell us to take shelter.

So, due to my unrelenting sickness, I just woke up. Disgusting, but I needed it. I feel like I'm in a fog. So glad this thread is still chugging along though.
Ok TK ate my post. Basically mica I wrote on FB that today was supposed to be my wedding day, and my aunt wrote back "good thing it's not because you wouldn't have looked as nice in your dress being so pregnant." So I wrote back not pregnant, just fat. She said she did it knowing my MIL stalks my page and was hoping she would read it and think I didn't tell her.
Squirrly it's just how my family is, so I don't care. I've written on her wall before that she's pregnant. Haha we're a very mean family.

F'real. As it is, I have my own aunt on limited view, I think. Her daughter refuses to friend her. :D I am still trying to sort out dinner plans for tonight. I know, I know. Anybody who knows the area: Olives, Figs, or Hilltop? Yes, no, rank, whatever? Posted by squirrly[/QUOTE]

Never been to any of em! I know Olives is one of Todd English's places in town. We ate at Kingfish Hall, one of his others, once and it was good. But that's as close as I can get to a review.

...yeah - I would hate that lol but families can get away with stuff.
"I'm not pregnant, just fat" - I have to say that a lot. I have a gut like my dad and I get asked if I'm pregnant all the time. It sucks. I'm just a chunkmaster.
However, at midnight tonight I start my calorie counting, working out 3x a week and water only as a beverage. I'm sick and tired of being fat. Let's see how long it lasts lol
