  • Sarah the TCOYF book is fantastic. I got it when I had to go off hormonal BC and until I read it I had NO IDEA how little I actually knew about how my body works. GL!

  • Thanks, Bubbalub! I've been off hormonal BC for a year due to health issues. We decided to stop avoiding in October, but I want to start charting now so just in case FI decides he doesn't want me pregnant at the wedding after all, we can try to avoid. I wanted to wait until after so I can drink and not have morning sickness, but he's ready to go now. We compromised.

  • Sarah, I just got a book called "How to Get Pregnant" that is also really good. It goes into more of the environmental factors, diet, risks etc. I'll try to find it (it got chucked in a drawer during the mighty house cleaning) and get you the author.

    yes. well i think so. stabbing pain on one side for a few days.
