Yeah, Ciara - the stuff you described, there's way more craycray around here all the time. I don't find 23 and 35 to be weird. I mean, I could see where you could be in a relationship with someone 12 years older, and it *could* be bad, but so could a relationship with someone your own age.

Ciara -- I mostly ever dated older guys. The oldest was 14 years older than me (it was too much -- I was 23 and he was 37). I can't believe people ripped into you for that.

My uncle (dad's brother) is 50 and my aunt is 26. But, they met & married in Mozambique and she is from there. They married when she was 22 which was basically an old maid in their culture. Women mature so fast there that it isn't as "weird" as it is in the States.

There's a lot people could argue about that. A lot a lot. I'm not saying Ciaram's relationship is that way, obvies it's not, but I would have a lot to say about most people going into a relationship at 23 and 35, oh yes I would.

Ummm, I have a 30 year old acquaintance who just married her 55 year old college professor. THAT'S crazy. And also pretty unethical, since he wrote her a rec for grad school without disclosing the relationship.

Sometimes I forget how young my aunt is, and that we really are only 4 years apart in age. She just seems like she is so much older by the way she acts.

At first I was all "yay for a long engagement! I wont let my crazy get in the way! I have TIME!" But now I"m just like get here already. And I didn't do anything forever and now I'm like oh shiit I have to plan now and I"m finding it's harder than I thought to plan a wedding that is in another city.

We've also been together for 4.5 years and have lived together for 3, so I feel like we're just waiting and waiting and waiting.

I got it from all angles not just here. But now my famiy understands him and our relationship and he is like the son they never had. I don't blame them for it now. It hurt then because of the situation.

We work together. I met him in 2004 when he first started working at the store. I really didn't know him until 2005 when I started working a night shift each week.
