  </div>I know that Mulroney tried to pass some not long after the Supreme Court struck down the ruling, but that was more than 20 years ago now and I know nobody's tried to touch it since.  Unless the Canadian Medical Association's decision not to allow doctors to perform it after 20 weeks is legally binding.  I'm not doubting that ethical doctors would follow it, but I just thought it <em>technically</em> wasn't illegal. Thanks for correcting me though.<div>
