Entertain me people!! My belated unpop op? I hate programs where people get free toys for their kids for xmas. I realize the kids did nothing wrong and *most* people who benefit from it deserve the help but I hate that the skeezers who milk the system get oFf the hook, again. Maybe I don't hate the program entirely, just that it gives undeserving people an easy out.
Re: I judge / unpop ops
I dont like being lied to.
Also, I wont even get into what was on the "wishlists"

5 hysteroscopies/2 surgical
3 Inject IUIs = 2 m/c's and 1 BFN
IVF #1= BFP. m/c at 7w6d. Needed 2 D&C's and scar tissue removal. Mild OHSS
IVF #2 = BFP. Severe OHSS. 4 Drainings. TWINS!
I guess my point is that I don't understand what the big deal is about brides-to-be being upset when their parents show no interest whatsoever. I'd be hurt if my parents didn't care too.
[QUOTE]On the same note as the Christmas programs, we "adopted" a family through our work this year and gifts the parents asked for were ridiculous. Like perfumes I cannot even afford to buy myself. I adopt a family so the kids can have a Christmas, TBH I don't care if the adults get a gift.

We probably went through the same charity, lol

This is probably more of an irrational irritation, but: people who get all sanctimonious about how they don't believe in New Year's resolutions because they believe in plans instead.
[QUOTE]It makes me nervous when I see people driving a standard and smoking at the same time. Yes, i talk on my phone while driving, but its not on fire.

<div>I was rear ended (not badly, just a bumper tap) when someone who was smoking dropped the cig on their lap and buned themselves. </div><div>
</div><div>I too judge the parents that kid their toddlers iPads, etc. A 4 year old I know got one simply becase mommy was on bed rest and he was bored. What about a nice little Vtech toy??!</div><div>
</div><div>ETA: buRned not buned. </div>
My sister had a b-day party for my nieces 1st birthday on Sunday. It was at her pizza place and the kids made their own pizzas, did sand art, and painted masks. One of the kids wore this sequins dress and strappy high heels. She was 5 and a friggin brat.
I may have laughed at her everytime she slipped on the tile and took a spill on the floor.

Isn't that kind of what a resolution is, though? A plan to better yourself/improve your life/whatever it may be? Sure, it's not a set-in-stone plan, but it's something.
I hate when people do their makeup and drive. I was rearended by a lady going 100kms (approx. 60 for you Americans) and was off work for almost 7 months, and when DH seen her coming behind us, he said she wasn't even looking out the front windshield and looked like she was doing something like putting make up on. sooo stupid!

My H always says that planning is essential but plans themselves are worthless. You should tell them that.

I raise you smoking in one hand and talking with the other! How are they driving?
I'm really getting irritated with people and their inconsiderate driving now days. Seriously, it's not that hard to flip the turn signal on, and guess what it goes off on its own when you turn, half the work is done for you!

<div>I could say that I hate when people do anything in their car that doesn't involve driving while driving (if that makes sense). Stop reading your papers, doing your makeup, swatting at your kids in the back seat, and staring at cars on the other side of the road FFS!!! </div><div>

I was guilty of this when I had a 2 hour commute to school. I know dangerous!
Unpop opinion- bag lunches should be regulated in schools. BOOM!
Its like...a $200 fine if you are caught talking on your phone or being distracted around here.
One of my insurance companies sent out a statistic that said texting and driving is four times more dangerous than drinking and driving.

I like that. :)
I understand and even applaud the sentiment. It's a "Don't wait until the New Year to resolve to make a positive change; do it now, and do it well!" kind of a thing. It's only when the delivery turns holier-than-thou that I want to start kicking kittens.
(Not really. I like kittens.)

It is illegal to text and drive here, but not talking on the phone.
