Happy Hump Day!
What does everyone's day look like? I volunteered to come into work early the days I work this week because we're short staffed on my old team. I figured that meant I'd work an hour and a half on the old team (which I really don't like) and go over to my new team at my normally scheduled time. Nope. Yesterday I got to spend the whole day on the old team. I'm hoping today isn't the same.
H and I went over our registry stuff last night of stuff we didn't get and made a list of stuff we still want to buy. We're going on a shopping spree tonight to get it all, plus get anything we need for the HM. Sunday can't come soon enough!

I ha e to leave work early today to take vin to the vet for exams before his surgery tomorrow. I feel sick to my stomach and i had a weird dream adam was playing hockey with rob lowe.
It's another short week for me, thank goodness. I hate that I don't have the stamina I used to, and lately the work days are killing me. But, I'm currently enjoying a delicious fruit, yogurt and granola parfait, so that's helping me gear up for the work day.
H and I are having some maternity photos done tonight. It wasn't something I was really keen on doing, but my parents were really in support of it since I'm an only child and this may be their only grandchild. I put my foot down and will not be getting any of those weird bare belly shots, though. We're heading to a local beach at sunset to take some shots, so I think it will be alright.

I was just trained on a new product launching at work, so that's what I'll be doing today. I'm actually kind of excited because it allows for way more creativity.
I'm surprisingly not tired at the moment. We went to bed late after bailing water out of the garage and front porch but I slept like the dead for once. It was nice.

Today is more of nothing. Most the people in our office are in Chicago, so it's boring. I tried to take Atticus for a walk last night, but he pulls so much, it was hurting my hand. I'll wait till Thursday when my friend and her Husky can walk with us, Drago is the pace dog.
Just waiting for this week to be over, I go pick up my mom on July 4th so she can come stay with us a few days. She's never been up to the house and I have a hair appt. on Thurs. so I got her a pedi appt.

Nebb- you'd hate me. I bet I walk past the front desk at least 30 times/day, between bathroom, meetings, filling up my water bottle, and making copies/shredding/recycling. But, I still probably get more work done than anyone at the front desk. They are always on facebook/amazon/pinterest. (fine, wahtever, but don't ignore the phone while doing so.) Yesterday, one of our students was wearing a baggy hoodie and running shorts. It, no lie, looked like she wasn't wearing pants. *sigh*
That was a random tangent. anyway.

So I feel rather stuck about insurance now. Now that we're married, I'm not covered under my mom anymore, but I have no clue what's going on for my job this fall. I could get on H's insurance but it'll cost an arm and a leg. I could get on my own where I have my summer job, but I'm not sure if I'd be able to drop off if I get a good teaching job this fall. My third option is to just wait, but I'd be reallllly scared to do that. H and I are TTA, but I'd hate to accidentally get pregnant and not be covered because it's considered a pre-existing condition.

This guy spends most of his day eating, he snacks all.day.long no joke. He also goes out of his way to almost walk into people so he can make a big song and dance out of going "OOOHH excuse me! Pardon me, I didn't see you there". I'm sure he just listens for people so he can do that.
