<div>agree 100%.  it's so frustrating when parents tell me they don't want to vaccinate their child because they've done their "research" and don't want to harm their child. that research isn't even legitimate! ughh. and it's fine, don't vaccinate your kid cause all the other kids who are vaccinated will keep your child from contracting a disease. *face palm*</div>

  • I think I'm judging someone on the Nest again.  If her story is true, it's very sad, but I am skeptical.  Very skeptical.

Basically, poster's BF moved in with her with his dog.  His dog and her cat did not get along.  So, she's been trying to find another home for the cat for awhile now, updating frequently.  She's been really stressed about it.

Sudddddenly, last night, her apartment gets broken into, cat and dog both get out and cat gets hit by a car.

It's just a weird coincidence, right?

I'm in no way implying that she wanted the cat to die or let it out.

It can be done :-) The only reason I ever looked into them is because a lady who has a 13 and 14yo overweight was wondering what was wrong in their eating plans. I tried to inform her that she was feeding her children 3 meals a day, 4 snacks, and one being an adult size portion of chipotle. She feared for his daughters well being and didnt want to put them on a "diet" so we sat down and taught the girls about their options. They both are now playing sports again and have more energy. I wish my metabolism would allow me to eat at Moes once a week :-)

I'm so late to this and I'm still catching up. I don't know about the other non moms out here, but I can't tell the difference between a 4 week old and an 8 week old. How, tell me, can anyone see a newborn in public and judge without even knowing how old that child actually is?

  • I judge Misscyndikalene and ShakeUpTampa with their 225 posts each for rolling up into this thread on their effing high horses trying to preach to us about vaginas and calories.  Either you both just really wanted us to know more about you, or you think we are giant idiots.  Nobody thinks birth is easy, and I don't plan on being at the gym later that night.  And if someone doesn't know that a burrito isn't the healthiest option, then they are just fuucking idiots.  Either way, neither of you made any impact on anyone in this thread, except for making yourselves look like giant tools.

  • Yes MP- actually I always though I hated Mexican food until we started going to this joint down the road. Now I crave it at least once a week. I was going to say that is why I love Southern CA because its abundance of Mexican food but then I really did not know if other places had little hole in the walls like we do here.

On this subject, I judge pretty much any expensive Mexican food place. I went to this place in LA once and it was like $12 for a damn tostada and it had cauliflower on it. I do not know of any Mexican place that serves cauliflower.
