[QUOTE]I was in an interracial relationship with a married man for almost 6 years. Technically he was only married for 5 of those years. He and his ex had a 2 year old when we broke up. He lived with me for another year after that. I am probably going to go pick up his daughter tomorrow and take her somewhere fun because she called me last week. FI likes his daughter too. But maybe its not shocking to you guys that I was stupid enough to stay for 6 years while he lied, cheated, and gave me an STD. WHo knows

I don't like your interesting story. It makes me sad for you. Did you know he was married?

Well, when a mommy ball and a daddy ball love each other very much ...

I hate cuddling...FI hates this and I force myself to do it.
When I first went away to college I didn't poop for 2 weeks because I was afraid. My roomate had to give me Fibercon because I was in so much pain.
Here's mine:
Interesting - I've summited Mount Kilimanjaro twice
Scandalous - When Fi and I started dating I was also dating someone else. Although it's not that scandalous since they knew about each other... I guess that's not that juicy.

Sorry to be debbie downer. It shocks me that I stayed for that long.
I found out he was married about 8 months in. We broke up for a while, then he started calling again and telling me he was leaving her, etc. It was an LDR, I was still in college, and had really low self esteem. I moved to Austin to be with him, thinking he'd finally leave if he had a place to go. His daughter was 6 months old when I moved here, and I didn't find out about her until 3 months later. I love her, though. She and I spent a lot of time together because he had her every weekend, but ended up working most weekends, so I had her alone. She turned 6 in January and I am so proud of the smart, clever person she is becoming.
His divorce was official when she was 18 months, and I bought a house right before her 2nd birthday. We moved in and then broke up 4 months later. I needed him to live there to help me with the mortgage, or so I thought. I just ended up in even more debt that I am currently paying off.
So that's my long sad story. At the end, I don't hate him, I just don't like him. I play Santa for his daughter every year to help him and his ex out, and I take her cool places that I want to go, but feel like I need a kid with me to feel normal (Childrens museum, water park, imax, zoo, etc). She is the reason I don't regret staying. I learned a lot in that relationship, and I gained an awesome person in my life int he process.
The funny thing is that his eyes water (like he's crying) when he eats. It's so bad that he has to have a special napkin for his eyes. And then when he's really upset, he'll drool really bad. I've been asking his dr. about it for years, but she has no idea. I sometimes wonder if somehow his tear reflexes and his salivation reflexes are switched because he drools when he's upset and he cries when he eats.
At the time, I didn't care because we were in LOOOOVE and it was MEANT TO BE! I still can't complain too much, because it was a great relationship, and I did love him. I just grew up and wanted different things. Now that I look back, though, I think to myself, "what was he thinking?" I'm pretty sure his life was ruined when I gave him the ring back and made him move out.

[QUOTE]So, here's something kind of interesting. It's more about Ben than me. He's never cried tears when he's mad or sad. When he was little we just assumed that he never got upset enough to produce actual tears, but we realized that's silly. The funny thing is that his eyes water (like he's crying) when he eats. It's so bad that he has to have a special napkin for his eyes. And then when he's really upset, he'll drool really bad. [QUOTE]I've said this here before, but I'll say it again. My family own a Christmas tree farm. I spent every winter of my childhood frolicking there. It was awesome.
