I use care.com. I really am hopeful I can find something by July. I think moving asap would have been stressful but a lot of the jobs I'm applying for start later in the summer and I feel better about that.

Thanks, Aryn! We had a blast last weekend! I miss being able to go to Disneyland. It was great being able to spend a few hours there on random Friday nights; you really do turn into a kid again. It was a long 10 hour drive to WDW but I can check it off the bucket list now.

I've never been to Disneyland but personally I think WDW is the bomb. Actually, I've never been further west than the Mississippi so I'm pretty jealous of how you've gone coast to coast.

I've actually never been anywhere in the US that's not on the east coast. Literally every state I've been to borders the Atlantic Ocean somewhere. Uhh, except for the one I live in, haha.

I liked WDW a lot more than I was expecting. We were surprised how huge and spread out the whole resort is. It's super fun but exhausting. DL will always be my favorite though since I lived so close and being more compact, it's way easier to manuever. Plus, as I tell H, it's the OG. Lol.

You are correct, Aryn! I swear I'm not a total Disney wacko though. We saw way too many families with matching custom made shirts. Some even tie-dye. H says the day I try to do that, he's out. Lol. I'll always have him to keep me in check.

Oh I would totally do the matching tshirts. Although I would justify it by saying it would make it easier to find the others in a crowd.

I've only been to Disney World once and it was too hot for me to enjoy it. I probably won't go back until I have kids. I do want to go to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter ASAP, though.

Angel, we were sweating balls, especially on Saturday but it was literally the only time we'd be able to go for at least the next couple years due to school, PTO (or lack thereof), babies, etc. So I tried to block it out as best I could.

H and both agreed we'd never ever attempt WDW with little kids. They have to be completely out of strollers. It's just to hard to get around. I'd probably try it at DL but it's so much more compact.

Yeah, we probably won't do it with really little kids, I want to wait until they're at least 5. We'll see how it goes.

I miss Poke in the night threads. Random, I know, but I was just thinking about it, haha.

Yup, 3 days, I think! Her FI is here now, so she doesn't get on really. I'm sure she'll be back after he leaves, while she's waiting for the spouse visa to go through so she can move over there. I still talk to her through texting, but it's not quite the same, lol.
