I would never ask FI to get feminine product for me. I also never ask him to hold my purse in public. He WOULD but I wouldn't do that to him.

I did, however, have him pick up SATC movie tickets for me once, which is probably just as bad.

Dude, H holds my purse all the time. Just for a sec while I put on my jacket. But still. I'm pretty sure no one is going to confuse a 6'10 guy as being feminine.

I've had two colposcopies, and it was still nothing in my case. You'll probably also have to do a few follow-ups in three month increments, but again, I wouldn't worry until you're actually given something to worry about. Otherwise, you're worrying for no reason.

mery, I have never asked H to hold my purse but whenever we are at a concert he always takes it from my shoulder so I can dance. I think it's adorable!

No, No! That was not my intent! Haha. I was just curious. I've been through this - all of it! And my initial test results weren't pretty. I am completely fine and it ended up being not a big deal. That's what I wanted to tell you. Don't stress!

abbalish-- fingers crossed for you. hopefully it is nothing, this has happend to me and to a roomate of mine before, and both were fine. Once I had a pap smear by the RN (took way too long to get an appt with the doctor) and she said my cervix "looked funny." I had to come back that afternoon to see the doctor, pay another co-pay, and the doctor said, "oh its just shaped like that because of the hormones in your BCP. Nothing to worrry about." Those 5 hours between the first appt and 2nd made me so freaked out I left work, had my mom drive up 2 hours to go to the appt with me, and cried the whole time. For nothing. So I guess my advice is don't freak out.

ak--I'm on your page. A couple years ago H said that my back fat looked "cute." CUTE?!?!?! What?! its BACK FAT. I was mad and self conscious and withheld sex. He learned his lesson.

Ry holds my purse all the time, hes okay doing the girly stuff, I say its because hes part Newfie, but I'm sure it has more to do with growing up with only women around (hes dad was in the Navy)

Well, I'm glad you asked! There's A LOT new! It's almost september, and it's getting closer to MN sports extravaganza week! My BFF is getting married in OCT, and CAN YOU BELIEVE SHE PLANNED THE WHOLE WEDDING WITHOUT CONSULTING A WEDDING MESSAGE BOARD?!?!? Yeah, me niether. INSANE. ANYWAY, her bachelorette party in Saturday, so I'm excited about that. I'm also going to Gaga in like....10 days or something like that, and we're getting shirts made that are AWESOME. So, I think that's all that's new.

I don't think I've ever asked FI to hold my purse, but I think he would if I asked. I, on the other hand, hate holding stuff for him. I have a complex about having my hands free. I'm famous for putting stuff down where-ever just so that I don't have to hold on to it.

I have no idea how I'm going to make it through my whole wedding day hanging on to that bouquet. I may accidentally leave it somewhere. Hehe.

I had one once and really it was just an off day. Sometimes something can contaminate the slides, or you're at a weird TOM. Abnormal paps are fairly common.

Well I don't think people will think he's GAY if he's obviously holding a purse for me. Or even if I wasn't in sight. But if I were a dude, I might be a little embarrassed.

Then again, he's taken my Vera Bradley carry-on on trips before, so he probably wouldn't care. Also, two of his best friends are gay, so... it's funny, he LOOKS really "manly" and is into hiking and camping and stuff, but gender stereotypes really mean nothing to him.

LOVE this topic! Too funny! It's awesome to see the silly arguments and ways other couples pick on each other too.

That's how my FI and I get along... we make comments all the time. It's fun and we laugh and it makes some of the insecurities we each have less of a big deal when we're around each other.
