This is probably a popular opinion, but I think comparing Twilight to Nazis is like comparing the oil leak in my car to the oil gushing into the gulf. Are you effing serious?

I don't like beer or most wines.

I didn't like the movie "Let the Right One In". It's the vampire movie all the vampire fans insist is the BESTEST VAMPIRE MOVIE EVAH! I thought it was awkward and weird.

I hate this too. And when they complain about the paint colors and carpet like they have to tear down the whole wall to fix it. And why does everyone need an office?! I don't think I can make an entire argument here, there are too many details, so some of this may sound blunt, harsh and very possibly ignorant.  However, I did do a thesis paper that took an entire semester to write for one of my classes in college.

The number one reason is because they do not do more work like everyone says they do.  They do not work 2.5 months out of the month and they get more sick and vacation time than people who work typical 8-5 jobs.  They have shortened time schedules, and even if they spend two hours grading papers a day (10 hours a week) outside of class, this does not equal the amount of time they do not spend teaching compared to a normal working schedule.  Also most teachers to have the students grade a lot of their own papers, especially in the lower grades.  (there is a lot more to this reason)

I don't think it takes a genius to teach the younger children; for the really young ones they are just glorified baby sitters.  Children learn quick during those ages and mostly just need someone to provide the materials and make them repeat it, not actually instruct them on the details. Repition learning continues until late elementary into middle school for some children.

In middle school the largest reason they need teachers is to control the masses.  Much of the learning is still handled through repitition, however now they are taught a sense of freedom (such as chosing thier own books and writing their own papers).  This basic sense of freedom does not really take away from the fact that the teachers are still pretty much glorified babysitters, and their knowledge of the subjects does not have to be detailed at all.  Classes are short, a quarter, sometimes a semester, rarely a year unless its an extra-cirricular like band. No child can be expected to learn more than what an adult can learn in just a few months

High school teachers should get degrees in their subjects so they can be prepared to teach students who excell above and beyond what they can learn in the average classes.  A teacher should also be prepared to answer questions that are above and beyond the textbook.  They shouldn't make more mostly because of the number one reason....

I wish I could write more, but I highly doubt anyone will read this as it is.  I really do have more of a normal thought out thought process when I'm not just trying to get it all out in like 5 minutes.

H(erbert) and I have two computers and we're working on getting a server put together as well which would make 3 computers.  Eventually the home theatre will also be run by a 4th computer.

We have an office.  We can't afford a house with a spare room big enough to fit 4 desks and bedroom furniture.

i liked it because it wasn't really a horror movie (I get scurred easily) and it was stupid like all other vampire movies. Like with sparkles and shiit. It was hard to categorize. I don't know that I'd see it again, though.

You have got to be kidding me.  The next time my sister is up past midnight grading assignments and making lesson plans, on top of working a second job to make ends meet, I'll tell her that she doesn't work as much outside of the classroom as people with typical jobs. Yeah, they might have "summers off," but I don't know many people who use that as an actual summer vacation. Most teachers still work in some capacity during the summer.
